We're removing an old Barn/Shed structure towards the back of the lot and replacing it with an ADU above a garage! Odd flag lot was perfect location for this ADU.

I had also concurrently designed the main Craftsman Airplane Bungalow remodel for the owner. Fun project in a great location that the owner appreciated the historical context of the property and neighborhood.
