This Cloverdale ADU is a rebuild of an existing 3-car garage and storage structure. We removed the roof to accommodate a1040 sq.ft. ADU with adjacent 500 sq.ft. exterior deck built over storage room below.
We utilize 3D software to be able to study and share the model with our client. We are able to look at the project as it develops from any angle we choose. We can do this "live" with clients in Zoom meeting or in our office.
I had previously worked with the property owners and designed their primary residence on the property.
This was another collaboration with the family to create a living unit for a new family to live on the property.
