Guest Cottage and Caretaker Cottage. A new 324 sq. ft. Guest Cottage for Bed & Breakfast guests, as well as a new 890 sq. ft. Caretaker Cottage for the proprietors.

 

I also previously assisted the proprietors with the conversion of the former Residence/Spa to the Bed & Breakfast use, including 3 guest rooms with baths and the owners' Master Suite.

The second image shows the utilization of SketchUp software that we used to “build” the project in a 3D computer model. We have found that this method provides opportunities to share and explore the project with our client and make revisions as desired to the model. Our clients find this exploration process much more enjoyable and preferable to 2D drawings.
