Master Plan for expanded guest seating & live music area. New exterior picnic areas and steel shade structures for gathering and enjoying live music and outdoor lawn games.

These work in progress images show the utilization of SketchUp software that we use to “build” the project in a 3D computer model. We have found that this method provides opportunities to share and explore the project with our client and make revisions as desired to the model. Our clients find this exploration process much more enjoyable and preferable to 2D drawings. In this case, the 3D model was also used for Planning Commission approval.
